International Calling Cards for Soldiers-Cody Anderson on WTKS Weds. 8am

Cody Anderson will be on Bill Edwards radio show Weds. morning at 8:00am to discuss his ministry of collecting international calling cards for Soldiers and then delivers them to the deployed Soldiers. Please tune in to Bill Edwards tomorrow, Weds. 8:00am on WTKS 1290 am.

This is a great opportunity to give back to those who put their lives on the live daily for us. Many soldiers do not have access to free phone banks while deployed. Calling home can get very expensive so many have no choice but to limit their calls home. This can greatly distance the soldier from their family and vise versa. We must help the soldiers stay connected. Cody is doing a fantastic outreach and he could use our support. See you tomorrow morning at 8am on Bill Edwards! Be prepared to buy up plenty of phone cards. Let's surpass his success of taking in over 4000 phone cards at one time for the soldiers. Let's aim toward 6000! It is one of the most simple ways that you can take action to change a person's life by writing a letter of encouragement for our troops and include an international phone card for these service persons to talk with loved ones at home. With the increasing rate of suicide among service persons, Cody Anderson is working as a personal witness of his faith in Christ to raise awareness of the needs of our soldiers. Write a letter and a phone card, send a dozen or gather for friends, family, faith or civic group and send a hundred. Just don't put them off; start sending them today!
